We have a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sometimes, we can only offer a partial refund if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that aren't our fault. Also, if you return an item more than 30 days after delivery, we may not be able to issue a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
If you haven't received your refund and it's overdue, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing time. If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at sartoria.susy09@gmail.com. Note that sale items cannot be refunded.
Return or Exchange (if applicable) We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need a return or exchange of the same item, send us an email at sartoria.susy09@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: via Angarano,132, 36061, Bassano del Grappa (VI), Italy.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
