Neck : Put the measuring tape around the neck and insert a finger to give space.
Chest : pass the tape measure at the level of the armpits well now around the entire circumference, in a relaxed position.
Waist : measure the narrow part of the hips, if instead you have an abundant abdomen, then measure at navel level.
Pelvis : the most protruding part of the bottom is measured.
Shoulders : it starts from the humerus and ends at the other.
Sleeve length : it starts from the humerus and reaches the wrist with the arm straight along the side. If you are wearing a shirt, measure 3cm from the shoulder seam.
Shirt length : wear a shirt, measure from the center of the back neckline down to the bottom of the shirt, obviously if it's a length you like.
Shirt measurements
Collar: starting from the buttonhole to the button with the collar extended.
Chest : Lay the shirt flat buttoned with the buttons facing up and measure from armpit to armpit.
Waist : lay the shirt on a flat surface buttoned with the buttons facing up and measuring around the narrowest part of the hips (20/21 cm from the armpit).
Pelvis: lay the shirt flat buttoned with the buttons facing up and measure the bottom from one end to the other.
Shoulders : keep 3 cm before the shoulder seam and measure from one end to the other.
Sleeve length : it starts from the shoulder seam up to the wrist.
Shirt length : lay the shirt flat and measure from the center of the back neckline to the bottom.
